College Examination Officer

The Examination department conducts undergraduate and post-graduate level examinations as per the guidelines of Savitribai Phule Pune University. Internal, Annual, Preliminary and Practical examinations have been conducted as per the format given by SPPU. From 2019-2020, the examination department has been conducting preliminary examination. The department has received positive response from the students as well as teachers. It is an attempt to enhance the academic progress of the students.

Every year convocation ceremony is organized as per the guidelines of Savitribai Phule Pune University. The fifth convocation ceremony was organized on 7th February, 2020. Hon’ble Chief Guest Dr. V. B. Gaikwad, Principal K.T.H.M. College, Nashik delivered the Convocation Address. The degrees were bestowed to fifty-two students from Arts, Commerce, Science and Computer Science faculties. The fourth convocation ceremony was organized on 11th February, 2019. Hon’ble Shri Sunil S. Khandbahale, Chief guest of the function delivered the Convocation Addresss. Hon’ble Dr. Lalit Pawar (Officer on Special Duty, Examination Section, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune) was the Guest of Honour of the function. Eighteen students were felicitated from Arts, Commerce, Science and Computer Science faculties by offering them degrees in the programme.

The Examination Department has always been working for betterment of students. The department has been working smoothly to resolve exam related problems of the students. The Examination committee is also working sincerely as per the dictum ‘Work is Worship’. The department has gained success under the valuable guidance of Hon. Principal Dr. S. G. Wakchaure. The department is getting support and proper co-ordination of HOD’s of all the faculties.
